Keep the listing details before booking
Save the listing reference, price, area, bedroom count and floor together. Ask our team to check availability and current terms, and to confirm that the photos show the unit you will view.
Share your preferred move-in date, number of occupants and essentials such as parking, workspace or pet permission before arranging an appointment. This helps the team shortlist suitable units.
Check how the room works
Walk through each unit in the same order: entrance, living area, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Look at storage, sockets, daylight and space for opening cupboard doors.
Ask permission to check included appliances such as air conditioning, refrigerator, washer and water heater. Ask how repairs are reported and who handles them. A photograph alone does not confirm working condition.
Ask about the full cost
Alongside rent, ask about the deposit, advance rent, water, electricity, parking, internet and other charges. Separate move-in costs from monthly costs.
Request written confirmation of the lease period, start date, furniture inventory and agreed terms. Conditions can differ between units; another listing is not a substitute for confirmation.
Make notes after every viewing
Record what you liked, questions to follow up and anything awaiting confirmation. Take photos with permission and compare each unit using the same criteria. Notes taken immediately make practical differences easier to remember.
