Make the title useful
Start with the project, unit type, bedrooms and a verifiable feature such as a corner position or workspace. Avoid long strings of promotional language that obscure the project name.
Match the price to the transaction. State monthly rent clearly and keep any pricing conditions close to the price.
Organise comparable facts
Separate area, floor, bedrooms, bathrooms, furniture and included appliances. Check that the facts are consistent and identify anything still awaiting confirmation.
Confirm the lease period, deposit, advance rent, move-in date and pet terms with an authorised source before publishing. Old availability dates or details from another unit are not confirmation.
Use actual photos in a logical order
Lead with a view of the room, followed by living space, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and outlook. Use sufficient light and colours that reflect the real place. Tidying is useful; editing should not change condition or views.
Review every image before sending it to our team. If personal details or owner contact information appear, let the team handle them before publication. Design illustrations should not be used to verify an actual unit.
Keep the listing up to date
Send changes in price, terms or availability with the listing reference. Updating the same record reduces confusion and helps the team answer enquiries consistently.
